My goals for this 12-weeks: PHYSICALLY - lose 12 lbs.; lessen back/knee pain; have more energy. MENTALLY - better memory; be more alert; quick discernment. EMOTIONALLY - less reaction and more positive action. SPIRITUALLY - grow in wisdom & knowledge of my LORD Jesus Christ.
