Day 1 Plan and prepare for this week, or just this day. Get started by planning to do 1 thing just 1, that will be a good choice toward your goal of good health. Mine today is to drink my water.
Still working on drinking my water. Doing what I can to make healthy habits each day. It takes 28 days to form a habit...good or bad...so I hear.
