Tired of Salad? Try Soup ;-)

Are you getting tired of eating salads all the time? Try soup! Vegetable Beef can give you the right amount of vegetables. Now that the weather is changing to cold, it can warm you up as well. Tomato Soup is another suggestion. Make it with milk and you get your dairy in as well.

Another great thing that I just discovered (although many of you may know this already) is that the Healthy Choice line of foods has the food pyramid quidelines on the backs of all their packages. It makes it so easy if you need to grab something cheap and quick for lunch because it does all the figuring for you!
